Dang it. I gained some weight back. That's okay cause today I'm starting a five day ab challenge and cutting out all carbs and sugary drinks only water for me and 30 minutes of exercise twice a day. Shakes for breakfast and lunch and whole meals with raw ingredients for dinner. After that I was thinking of having a break for two days and maybe starting the military diet? Has anyone ever done it? I've heard good things but haven't tried it myself.

What is military diet? Any abs tips, I'm all ears! (Which might be why my abs look so funny.)

The military diet is a diet plan that goes off a chemical diet with different random foods that are summed to be more of a military palette. If you google it it should show up. It's a three day plan where like one day you have black coffee and a boiled egg and one whole wheat toast.

And I bet your ears and abs look fine hahaha for an an work out are you looking for hard core or low impact?
