Doing good logging everything! Loving the elliptical! Thinking of getting an ifit card this weekend.

I love the elliptical too - especially my ifit cards! I bought two 3-card sets last year (both Jillian Michaels), worked through all 3 levels of each, and now alternate them doing level 3 programs as part of my daily workout. I wish they offered level 4 cards - I'd buy them today!

so far i have just been doing the maual settings on mine, usually do a warm up w no resistance and then my 30min workout on 2 then back to 1 for a cool down. i did just get the elliptical so i didnt want to burn myself out, next week i will be upping the resistance by 1 on each

What is an iFit card????

An ifit card is a card that goes into an elliptical or treadmill and they are interactive workouts w jillian michaels. they track your progress and all types of stuff. you have to have a machine that is ifit capable to use one.

That is to neat!!!! I think my short term goal this week is to log everyday - That is where I start to lose my motivation.
