staying on a diet is tough but I need to eat under 1200 until I lose 20 lbs, then when I start exercising, I can eat up to 1200 if it's low carb. I've done it before, but I am hoping that I will finally be at an age where I willnot regain unless I give up exercise. It's dumb to become arthritic and chair bound if there is a way out, and there seems to be. Simply not overeating has given me more energy, and reduced the sense of bloat that often keeps me tired and immobile.
