wildwomanmarta's Logboek, 20 feb 10

Ok so I was way BAD yesterday, it's the first time I've ever gone over my calories. I was in the red. And to be honest I didn't care. I got up this morning I felt fine and didn't gain. But I did go to the gym and walked 3 miles uphill and did my crunches. I'm not going to tell myself that I can't have fun or not to eat something that I like every once in awhile. Tonight I'm getting together with friends and yes I will be drinking, thank god they have a gym at their house lol. Haven't partied with my GF in along time.
I will be going back to the gym again today to rev up my metabolism. I will be eating good today. It'll all be good.
I am a lil upset that I seem to be stuck on 163 and haven't lost, but as long as my clothes fit I'm ok. Why can't I just loose the 3lbs, shheeesh!!~~~~~

I did the same thing yesterday and I didn't beat myself up too badly either. I had pizza & beer yesterday (2 pieces of pizza and 2 Select 55 beers). I like your attitude, glad to find someone else feeling the same way I did today.
