It might be that you're low on Sodium. Add salt to your drinking water.

Red, I have very low BP normally, checked it just now, 98/72. A little lower than usual. I usually drink OJ to bring it up a little, any suggestions that wont jeopardize my weight loss?

I have units in Cardiology Good call Red1955. I feel your pain Jenibeann. I have not taken pain meds for the last three (3) days after dental work. I just caved and took 325 mg of Ibuprofen with a Ritz cracker chaser. It does get better. We just have to keep our sense of humor.

Half of a daily multivitamin would probably help if it's related to your electrolytes. And although it's late in the day, a little bit of caffeine might help too.

Sorry to hear about the headache. That's really odd. How long has it been going on? I've had a low grade migraine for 2 days but its subsiding. I feel your pain. I get them ALL the time ( since I was 6 y.o.)

Sorry to read this. When I take ibuprofen for joint pain, I end up getting a "rebound headache." Long had multiple-daily headaches, different kinds. So far I've managed to eliminate a few kinds, and reduce migraine (w aura) triggers. I hadn't heard the low BP connection. Thank you, Red!

Bluecoaster, I've had cluster migraines since I was 15 years old. And lately I have at least one weekly with smaller tension headaches in between! But something is wrong. I've gotta see my PCP soon
