Good Morning my FS friends! I am feeling pretty good and am confident that come Saturday morning I will at least be back where I was last Saturday morning. Got less than normal done at the gym this morning. I think my body just needed a break. We finally made it (mostly) through the second level of our bootcamp video yesterday and I am pretty sore. Plus the way my knees have been bothering me, I decided it was better to just walk. We will most likely do bootcamp tonight and then I am off for the next 4 days. I plan to spend lots of time in the gym.... at least tomorrow if not all four days. Although I am not noticing much of a difference yet, people tell me daily that they can see it and that helps to keep me going. Here's to hoping I can log a new LOWER weight on Saturday!
