Baileyrose85's Logboek, 02 mrt 12

Today has been a long busy day. After a mere 5 hours or so of sleep, I woke up at 4:30 to drive my fiance to the airport. Once I got home I decided to fill the time between then and my 9am alignment appointment, with the gym. Another mile running, a total of 2.27 miles on the treadmill then weights. A total of an our and a half and I felt great afterwards. My car drives a thousand times better now and I got to spend afternoon lunching and shopping with my best friend (of course using that time to meet the rest of my 3 miles a day requirement! :D). Unfortunately now I am crashing. I think it is time for a nap on the couch with my little one and then I will get up and make dinner and clean the house. Early to bed tonight for an early morning, full of physical activity.
