day 194..gettin ready to hit the gym again..have decided to go back to just cardio, i was droppin more weight off, when i was just doing cardio, but i got bored with just cardio. will have to figure out ways to keep from gettin bored from cardio...hope evryone has a great day...

Glad your feeling better. Can I ask what you usually eat before you go to the gym? I want to go in a bit but I havent eat yet and I dont know what the best thing to eat is.

i usually have cereal, a banana, and 8 oz of water..and i take a protein shake with me...but sometimes i eat yogart just depends on the mood
