After a tough weekend of not feeling well myself and dealing with a sick 8 month old, I'm happy that I did drop another pound.
I felt awful Saturday - my stomach was upset but I wasn't sure if I was sick or hungry! So I went with what I wanted - popcorn and ice cream. I felt better on Sunday and went back to the routine.
I also started wearing my pedometer today - just to see how many steps I'm walking. It will be interesting to see how I end the day and if we do take a walk after work, how much I get up to!
