horseygrl's Logboek, 06 mrt 12

Couple days off the wagon. Ate a bunch of salty Chinese food last night (among other things). Today I'm bloated as all get up and have less energy than I have in weeks. Remember this yucky feeling next time I feel like completely falling off again :) I won't say that it will never happen again...cause I like salty chinese food and such...but I think I can see enough of a difference between when I eat good and when I eat bad to help me get back on quickly.
