day 196..gettin ready for the gym..legs are alittle sore from yesterday workout, i used a different elliptical yesterday..but sore is good ..means different muscles got a workout..im so ready to go walkin again in the mornings, soon as the weather is warmer then the thirtys or the fourtys..i miss that morning time to think and walk..well need to get up and moving..hope everyone has a great day and a great workout of some kind to burn off the calories they take in....

Good work gettin' that exercise! I wish I could walk too. It is 34 and freezing rain today. Looks like your diet is going great! Keep it up and wyour wiegh in Sunday will ROCK for sure!

thanks..i really get a better workout since i started bck on the elliptical and the bike..sweating more then i was..and my chart is tellin the story again..
