While getting ready for work this morning I noticed the first sign of weight loss. My old face shape seems to be coming back! Now to just keep up the momentum so that the clothes start getting lose. My jeans that were getting to small for me now fit again! This is so exciting I've never really had results this quickly before unless I was taking diet pills! Talk about motivation to keep going. Pumped to go to the gym tonight after work!!!
