MrH106's Logboek, 08 mrt 12

All this week I have been trying to take in more protien than carbs and fat of course. Plus I noticed my scale is giving me 2 different readings, I think the fact it is on a carpeted floor is why, but anyways, this site and the app that goes with it are the main reason for my success so far, and I think I will easily be able to hit my first goal weight of 325 lbs, now some of you are probably thinking wow that is still alot of weight, but when you start out of 400 any loss is a good loss. I have alos noticed the changes in my appearance, my clothes are bigger on me now and I was able to purchase things off of the rack in a store instead of ordering things from a specialty website. Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you have any tips for me please let me know. And good luck to all of us on our jouny to healthier living.
