day 198..just got back from the gym..did hour and 20 min on elliptical and 30 on bike...doing 45 min on elliptical, then 15 on bike and then bck to elliptical for last part of the min..an then last 15 on bike..breaking up routine and changing workout...down another 1/2 pound...
