MrH106's Logboek, 12 mrt 12

Today I am going to start trying to make friends on here so I can compare notes on things, I read alot of conflicting information sometimes about eating and when to eat and stuff. I really couldnt be any more pleased with my progress so far and my friends are starting to notice the changes in me, I dont look for their approval but it's nice to know the work is paying off.
