Well I only lost 1 pound so far this week, which is a tough pill to swallow after the 5.6 pounds a week for the first two weeks! I've stuck by my calorie intake but have had some bad food items, and I haven't hit the gym as hard as I should have this week either which I know is why I haven't lost as much as I had wanted. this week is starting off a bit better though with 5.8 miles yesterday and 1008 calories burned and did my Julianne Hough dance video today. Would have liked to have done more but the baby wont take a nap! To make things worse the next two nights I have to work my 2nd job until 1030pm then be up at 515 to come to job 1. Gotta just buckle down and get it in! Lord please give me the strength to make it through!
