mellymo82's Logboek, 15 aug 17

Last week I weighed in at 327. I was shocked to see that number. I know I need to put my health first and start eating right and taking care of myself before I do damage to my body that can't be reversed.

Today, I weighed in at 320. Progress already, much of what is gone is water weight no doubt, but I am heading in the right direction. I am very motivated to get under 300 pounds and am making that my life priority for the next few weeks. And I know that from there I will be motivated to get back under 200 pounds and stay there!
