Friday, 8/18/17 Steps 15,822

I will be dropping off the radar some days for the next few weeks. Nothing bad, just some personal challenges to face. Plan to stay on track but will definitely be making substitutions with both food and exercise. I hope I resurface with continued progress toward my goal. Have a great weekend!
