Summer visitor schedule changes and treats like ice cream upped my weight but I am getting it back down fairly easily. Slacking on exercise routine and not watching portion control also had me up to 191 from 185 a bit earlier. I live by the 16/8 fasting/feasting lifestyle but have proved to myself that creating a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight.
