I needed a kick in the butt and I got one. Limping so badly and in pain felt sorry for myself all week and sucked at following my diet. I saw my pedorthist on Friday and my new orthotics will be fitted April 5. It took a little slap in the face to make me eat right, my optometrist was about to fit me for new glasses yesterday asked me if this was my first baby...I said what? he repeated it and looking confused I answered no. I am almost 52 years old I wasn't sure whether to be upset by the fat thing or flattered by the age thing LOL LOL It was worth the look on his face a minute later when he asked for my date of birth for the forms and he looked mighty confused and embarrased too. I so ate right for the rest of the day and I am still stinging a little today, just what I needed.
