Monday I did upper body, Tuesday lower body, today I went for a walk. That part is going well...and so I drop the ball on eating and I'm doing quite poorly there. It's so frustrating. I know better. I feel better when I eat healthier foods, but I'm eating a lot of sugar and junk. It makes me mad (at myself) when I do this, and I cannot seem to find my re-set button. What do you do when you're off track and you know it, to get back in the groove? Help, please! And also thank you for all the kindness and support I've found here. :)
