A good day - I went shopping for a new outfit for a do I'm going to on Saturday and discovered that I am now a Size 10 (British)! I stayed within all my limits, even though I was very tempted by some chinese food which my colleagues at work are eating right now (on night shift!) - it's torture, but I'm determined to resist! :)
