Today is officially one month into diet and official weigh in today is 227.2 down another 2 lbs, 17.2 lbs total in one month!!!!!!!! forgot to measure myself when this all started but I did it last week for the first time and last night I did a quick waist and hip only and I'm down about and 1 1/2 inches is waist and 3 inches on hips in a week!!!! I'm really amazing myself with my progress!!!
