I thought I'd be so tired if I went to the gym on the way home after my night shifts, but it seems to be having the opposite effect - although usually I workout for at least 80-90mins, but I'm only doing short sharp 30min sessions for the last couple of days, or I wouldn't get enough sleep between shifts. I hope it'll have the desired effect and keep my weight down for Sunday's weigh-in.... :)
