A reasonable day - within all my limits, another 30min trip to the gym on the way home from night shift and reasonable activity for the rest of the day considering I had to sleep! Glad it's my last night shift tonight though, cos it's really quite difficult knowing which day to log food under, esp on the first and last nights, when you tend to have more food to keep you going -shouldn't have a problem tomorrow though, cos I have to stay up all day...eeek! :)
