CourtH's Logboek, 27 mrt 12

Yesterday I had the urge to stuff my face with anything and everything! I contained it pretty well but gave in to a few things. Today is much better so far... Over all I'm still down over 20 lbs now, can't wait for official weight in day! My clothes are all getting to big for me as well, in fact just today as I was taking the baby to his room for a nap I had to keep stopping and pulling up my pants because they were falling off me with every step and I even have my belt on the smallest hole (which I had to add 2 holes). Next step is not just counting my calories but trying to get my carb intake down. With as well as I am doing with just calories I have no doubts that I will be successful!
