fordyoot's Logboek, 28 mrt 12

Weight is not moving, possible like me. Damaged knee is geting better so I can move around more. Can't run, walk or bicycle but that is just an excus. Those crunches sure hurt. one good thing though I put on a belt and had to shorten it to stop my trousers falling down. That is progress!!!! Three more holes and I will be back to my 1980 weight.
Been a little bad with the food b bought some meat the other day and made a casserole which was great but not the right thing.
Reading other journals helps there are some very determined and inspiring people out there.
