A good day - within all my limits and managed to get in 45mins at the gym after work this evening. I am absolutely knackered though, cos I'm still not feeling 100%, so although I'm hoping to get to the gym tomorrow and do some gardening, if I really feel bad, I won't be able to do as much. :(
