I think I did remarkably well today, considering I had a very small brekkie and lunch, so that I could go out with a few friends for a meal tonight. We went to an italian restaurant, which obviously uses a lot of oils and dressings, but I chose a lovely salad and then went a bit mad on a choccy dessert, but still managed to stay within my calorie allowance for the day. I have also been to the allotment digging and gardening for an hour followed by the gym for an hour, so I'm hoping that will mean that my meal tonight won't hamper my chances of a good result on the scales on Sunday morning! :)
