Had a bad weekend with food, bloated, loss of energy and a general feeling like blah. On bright side weight didn't go up any, down side I didn't loose any either. Need to get out of this funk and get my butt in gear.. This is the point in every diet that I usually give up, I'm determined not to but it's not looking good right now. Gotta pull myself up by my bootstraps and continue on....
