Heading down to Virginia for the week for work. Hopefully this'll let me work out every single day this week in the evenings! AND I remembered my bathing suit this time, so I can swim laps in the pool! But it also means no weigh ins, so when I get back Friday morning I'll hopefully see another drop in the scale.
