Not a good day today - I still managed to stay within all my limits, but my throat is so sore and I feel so unwell (Doc says I have pharyngitis) that I only managed to do some brisk walking for my 30mins cardio exercise today - although that was after doing 2 hours of slow walking round a large animal sanctuary with the kids. I wish the it wasn't the kids school hols atm! :(

I'm sure you already know this, but drink plenty of liquids if it doesn't hurt your throat too badly and get some rest. I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you. I am drinking loads of fluids, cos it helps to soothe the throat a bit, but as for plenty of rest - cos it's the school hols, I'm getting less than usual, but the doc has told me to stay off work til next week, so that's something, I spose! I'm also on antibiotics, which are making me feel a little nauseous, but seem to be beginning to work finally, so hopefully I will feel better very soon. :)
