So, unless the doc say differently, today is essentially my last day on "a diet". Now, this doesn't mean that I am leaving. Far from it. It doesn't mean that I will stop counting calories right now. Far from it. It simply means that today is my FINAL FINAL FINAL goal day - unless the doc says that I have more goals to reach. We will have to see what he says.
It'll be a short journal today. I am leaving for the train in a few minutes. Wife will come with me, and we'll spend the day out. Sadly, the weather is not looking too promising, it's dark and grey and cold outside. Oh, well. We'll survive.
Yesterday I REALLY cut down on everything. I wanted as good a weigh-in as absolutely possible this morning. I wanted it as low as I could get it, though I didn't expect to exactly reach a new low - the one Saturday was all the way down at 76.9, after all. Well - I was wrong. I am today at 76.8 kgs. This is just amazing. What better way to end this but a new low? :)
Anyways, I will keep you posted. I might even do a midday "result show". Or should I wait until tomorrow? We'll see.
