someone can explain, having a look at my diary, why i have this fluctuations?
68,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Review your "fat" intake. Walnuts and almonds are good for you but contain a LOT of fat! While reviewing my own diet calendar this morning I learned that those extra serving and cashews sabotaged my RdI and fat intake. While eating those "nuts" I justified to myself that they were good for me and not doing any harm. Man was I wrong. BC

You don't have a lot to lose, so you may have to tighten the your daily caloric intake to lose it. First, google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. We all have them. You may need to play around with your calories to see what will work and help you lose. You might try a week of 1400 a day. Be strict and record every bite, lick and taste (my downfall sometimes). Consistency is key with weight loss. Some people have more leeway with calories, but the less you have to lose, the more stringent you need to be. Stay hydrated! Watch your sodium!
