I barely got my second workout in yesterday... kids encouraged me which is great. I've got some great kids that are super supportive. It's a good thing too... got some negative self talk going on. I see results on scale and in how my clothes fit but still get the thoughts I have so far still to go and what if my weight loss slows or stops what will I do then...... I keep telling myself I am doing great... better than I ever have and I will keep doing it!!!!
