First off I want to Wish you all a Very Happy and Safe New Year! A lot of us are in the same boat when it comes to being down about not doing so great over the holidays, but I am here to say that it is OK! We all know we are only human and we all know how far we have come and know we can get back on track and to our goals! For most of us it is not a New Years Resolution, it is just the start back time for us, for some of us it is a resolution, which ever category you fit into always know that the support here is WONDERFUL and know that WE ARE WORTH IT!!! I wish everyone the best on the start over/new start, we can all do this!
My official start over day will be the 2nd and I am looking forward to it, I have gained some weight back, but am happy to say that I still fit into my new cloths with out any problems, so that is a bonus for me! I got some money for x-mas and told my hubby that I wanted to go shopping this weekend to get some new clothes, but then I decided that I was going to wait until I reach my goal so that is my prize...a shopping spree when I loose these last 10 lbs or so.....I CAN DO IT!!! I will also have support this time from my hubby as he is going to join me in this weight loss journey, we are going to look FAB together!!! Wish us luck!
