tsmamma's Logboek, 06 apr 12

You know – one of my main goals this time around with the weight loss was to learn how my body ticks – to figure out and understand what works best. I thought I had it all figured out, but clearly I don’t! Yesterday, I ate PIZZA – real pizza, and not a small amount, AND some of the chocolate wine, and I’m DOWN a pound this morning. I don’t get it. I really don’t.
