Khara_R's Logboek, 12 okt 17

Up until May 2017 I was doing really good at maintaining my weight at 198 lbs. Then my left knee starting hurting constantly, no matter what position I was in I had constant pain. I'm a side sleeper at night, so even trying to roll over to switch sides became hell. I would wake up with pain every couple of hours. I had pick up my left leg just to roll over to another position. Sitting, standing, walking, sleeping, and stairs (which I have to go up everyday for work) became a real challenge. My weight sky rocketed up to 230lbs. I battled with my knee until August 2017. At around 2 am I woke up to horrible pain in my left knee. I could not move my leg even a little bit. I finally forced it to move and all of a sudden it popped so loud and the pain from it actually made me pass out. I lost consciousnesses from the pain. Giving birth was less painful in my opinion. Since my knee popped back in to place I have been mobile again and able to become more active slowly. Now I just have to get my eating back under control. Which is why I am back on FS again. I am a lousy tracker currently, being out of practice. I know once I get into the swing of things and get into a routine I will be much more consistent with my tracking.
