A good day - stayed within all my limits again, but nothing unusual to report. Wish I could go to the gym, but there really isn't enough time after a long day shift, cos I have to eat when I get home at 8.45pm and relax for a bit before going to bed or I can't get to sleep - but because I have to get up at 5.45am, I have to be in bed by 10.45pm - doesn't leave a lot of time for exercise really!
