Ugh, my weight has really been all over the place lately. I’m really having a job of it trying to stay on track. Getting motivated. So I’ve decided to start a detox regime. I’m hoping to to a ten day run at it. Reset my digestive system, calm down the cravings and Jump start my motivation. I’m using The Master Cleanse. I’ve used it in the past and really does do the trick.... just hoping I have the will power to make it through the first three days (always the hardest). Starting Monday.... wish me luck 😊
