Yesterday was my free day with my sweetheart because I know he wanted us to go out to dinner. It was very tasty, but I'm pretty upset that I let yesterday's numbers go into the red. I think I'm going to up my exercise. In addition to going to the gym nearly every day for 1-2 hours, I'm going to try doing pilates when he's a work. Ugh, just so disappointed about the red numbers.
