CourtH's Logboek, 11 apr 12

Found myself slipping into bad habits a few times this last week, on the bright side I caught myself and stopped before I went to far! Still haven't been going to the gym like I should but I went more this week then I did last week. Today did 45 min of Zumba and it kicked my butt, but in a good way! I've been really stressed about money the last few weeks but I'm finding when I make myself go to the gym even when I don't want to the stress seems to go away a little bit. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I know we're going to be alright! God will take care of us. I just have to remind myself to hand it over to him!!
