One pound this week: slow, but steady... I wish it were more, but I'm happy with the changes in my body; legs & arms firming, tummy shrinking, posture improving. All my clothes are loose, & smaller sizes from the back of my closet are getting that way, too. Went to Chico's & bought a nice pair of jeans & silk blouse. I'm going to a concert on the 21st; my new outfit will look great (if it's not too loose, lol).
