My easter candy fest is STILL hanging around. LOL. As I knew it would. Funny how i wasn't thinking about THAT as i was shoveling the crap into my mouth. I am SOOOOO happy there aren't any more holidays that involve candy in my near future. NEXT year, I'm going to remember these past 5 months and do it differently. It's like, i get into a get weight loss groove, and BAM! Some kind of chocolaty goodness is calling my name. and YESSSS I KNOWWWW I have to overcome my cravings and just say NO, and usually i do....but sometimes...you just have to say YES. LOL. Ok, maybe not the best thinking pattern.....BUT I'm a work in progress!!
I have some pesky reeses pieces mini eggs haning around that I need to just throw away. AND some mini m&ms that just need to go as well. I will have my GF dispose of them. I SWEAR they cry when i put them into garbage and I feel so bad.......LOLOL. =)
I'm nearing my one year anniversary.....May 4th is my 'official' FS start date, even though i started my 'diet' a few weeks before that. BUT, that is the date I'm going to use. I foresee a longgggg blog in my near future!! =)

I totally understand about the candy calling your name, and crying if you throw it away - I'm there with you! There's a bag of mini cadbury eggs in my house right now, had to resist them last night!

I know!!!! I am so happy that the Holidays are over!!!! Now its time to get the rest of these pounds off before Thanksgiving!!!!! I always say though, that I save my carbs for chocolate. I will never not eat chocolate.

When I baked a Dump Cake and ate two pieces,I had to pitch the rest of the cake in the garbage or i would have ate it.I stared at it in the garbage,thinking how much I wasted the ingredients,how good it smelled,and could I salvage any OUT of the garbage to eat! THEN,I woke myself up and said"EAT OUT OF THE GARBAGE?"
That was my wake up call to just walk away!

@ jen LOL! Ok, so I have done the exact same thing!!! (I'm not sure what a dump cake is, BUT it has 'cake' after it so I'm sure I would like it. LOL ) It's funny how much power we give things sometimes...until we really kick it in and realize...it's just FOOD that is prob really bad for us! My chocolatey goodness is put away so i can't see or HEAR it. =)
