I hope everyone survived Halloween. I did have some candy and some wine when I got home from my long day of work. Compared to last year, when I had a freak out binge that lasted most of the day, this year was, a cake walk (pardon the pun). It was a lovely morning so I had my breakfast on the patio after my half an hour of meditation. I also got in a 30 minute hike behind the house. I haven't had a ton of energy and haven't been getting much exercise the past 2 weeks. It felt good to be moving again.
Overnight oats consist of:
6 oz banana & berries
1 oz rolled oats
4 oz almond milk
1/2 oz chia & 1/2 oz hemp seeds
1/2 tsp almond & vanilla extract
Stir it up and put in the fridge overnight.
Simply the best.
