CourtH's Logboek, 17 apr 12

So far I haven't put back any weight but this week is another filled with challenges. My husband and I have it some financial difficulties and I am dealing with a lot of stress. I am finding that I am also a stress eater. I'm finding it difficult to stick to my healthy foods and am craving all the junk that I have put away the past month. I keep telling myself that I can do this and I don't want to derail all the progress that I've made. I mean I've lost around 24 pounds already and I don't want to put any of it back on! I just have to stay strong and focused, some days that's easier said then done though.
