Day 2 of detox and so far it is going pretty good. I am not following the eating portion 100%, but I am doing good for the most part...I CAN DO THIS!!!
So far today I have had 2 egg whites and a smoothie, I will have a grapefruit at about 10:00 and then lunch, not really sure yet. I am planning on cooking up some rice and veggies for dinner and making some extra for the weekend, also thinking of making a pot of veggie soup....need to have food made so that I am not tempted to do something I will regret!!!!!
We went for a walk with the dogs last night, it was COLD...about 20 outside, so I was bundled up like the state puff marshmallow, but it was great to get back into the swing of things! We walked about 4 miles in about a half hour to 45 minutes.
I did get on the scale this morning just to kind of get an idea of where I am at...I was already dressed and ready for work and also with Aunt Flow visiting...well I was at 158...not too bad considering. So I officially have 13 lbs to lose. If I can stick with the detox and do as good as I did the first time I will have no problem hitting my goal! Wish me luck!!!
