redgirl1974's Logboek, 06 nov 17

So took two days off of work. I needed some "mental health" days. Went to gym and worked out like the beast I know I am. It felt f-ing amazing. Im resting now and gonna make some bacon in a bit. Tomorrow Im going to re-organize my kitchen so DH's snacks are out of site. He is really supportive and has agreed to pack that part of his lunch or all his lunch so Im not tempted. And he is happy with a salad or veggies at every meal. Im really lucky to have him. Now.. to just do the work. So far Im over my quota for carbs Im sure but Im ok with that. Im making my to do list today and will get where I need to be. My immediate goal, log everything, water, and no bread stuffs. I need to work on cutting out the gluten and back on the dairy bc I cant take it any more. Im halfway thru my water goal and took my supplements so thats a huge victory right there. Gonna log meals in a bit.. after I rest bc the gym kicked my but.. go me !
