I haven't been making the best food choices. I need to constantly journal what I am eating. AT least I'm being honest when entering my foods. Blew it yesterday but am moving on.....today was a better day. What I really need to do this weekend is plan out my menus and of course go grocery shopping. HEALTHY CHOICES!!
