So technically tomorrow is the start of my diet, but i'm so crap at diets :( i can never find food to suit my vegetarian/IBS diet grr
but im hoping that i can finally get motivated to lose some weight and just get fitter!

Hi there! Just came across your entry here, and I wanted to say hi (from a vegan to a vegetarian;) Diets themselves are crap if you ask me (in regards to you saying that you are crap at diets).... they are unhealthy and don't work in the long run. Why am I on a diet site then? Because it's snowy outside and I can't afford a gym membership, and as fantastic as yoga is, it's not keeping the pounds off like good old walking. So I'm here because of the motivation of others, and because I have to eat a bit less until spring comes;) Anyhow, I hope you get super motivated! And my best advice to you is that yeah, the food you intake (or don't) is important to keep tabs on (I gained 50 pounds being vegetarian.... see profile bio;).... but it's the activity that does it.... find a workout you LOVE to do! hey thanks yeah i read your profile and i know that feeling about the cakes and stuff iv been a vegetarian all of my life and my diets always been ok i've always been a bit chubby but oneside of my family are quite big and i seemed to have got that part of their genes, but since my IBS my eatings gone crazy i cant eat all the things i used to which for normal people are healthy lots of fruit and vegetables irritate my stomach beyond belief and things like brown rice make me feel really heavy, i used to love yoga i don't know why i stopped i should probably start again but other than that i dont have anywhere to excercise not even in my house which is tiny and really full up im hoping when i go to norway next week i will try and do some walking and stuff. thanks for the advice and good luck also its nice to find someone else on a non meat diet :)
